- handshake's executive team operates as a task force to address any client relationship needs or issues that may arise, and our sales team is always in the loop regarding the relationship and efforts, many times actively contributing to assigned projects.
- Quality & Service: We will deliver what we promise, on time, guaranteed, in the utmost professional manner.
- All projects are planned and directed at the senior executive level, ensuring that end-deliverables truly and fully deliver on client expectations.
- Our account managers are trained handshake application specialists who manage all client interactions, making sure all requests are documented and followed through by handshake.
- Security & Confidentiality: We will keep all conversations and work product strictly confidential and not share them with third parties at any time before.
- All internal handshake information security policies, systems, and practices are maintained in strictest accordance with best of practice standards by our IT team and staff.
- Transparency: We will go out of our way to be transparent in all of our projects, communications and business dealings, and do not get involved in conflict of interest situations.
